Table Alignment Problems

I've been having trouble with the tables I have been using on my website. The way I've done it is used a table to lay the website out and I have a table inside on of those cells to display the content but when I add another table into the table which contains my content it changes the size of the cell which is being used for my navigation bar and moves things a bit. You can see how it should be here

You need to make the column on the left (from the cell below navigation to the cell just above the footer) into a single cell, then put another table inside this to create your different rows.

You shouldn't be using tables for layout either.
