T shirt / garment printing Trade/Reseller account required

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a T shirt / garment printing company that offers a trade/resellers account option. I've done a search on google but can't seem to find anyone at the moment that stands out. I'm looking for a service with great prices but quality and customer service is more important. Does anyone have any recommendations that I could check out.
