I would assume it's the man himself. You can probably still buy them, they're only little and cheap. About a fiver I think, from Travelling Man's Small Press section in Newcastle.
While you're there pick up a copy of Fetishman (£1.50) and The Boy with the Balloon (£Forgot), they're a hoot!
