Standard Licence or Extended Licence?

Hello,

I'm interested in purchasing this RV vector off Envato Market- https://graphicriver.net/item/6-rv-camper-silhouettes/9536721?s_rank=4

I would be incorporating one of the RV silhouettes into a little badge just like the RV badge you see on this product- http://i.imgur.com/TiehFly.png http://i.imgur.com/Jcoigo9.png

For that purpose I don't think that would be considered branding but I want to make absolutely sure because it says on their site "Only items from the logo category on GraphicRiver are intended to be used as logos. Other items can't be used in logos or branding. None of our items, not even logos, can be trademarked."

I actually contacted the creator of the RV silhouettes and he told me he (thinks) the standard licence would be fine.

I would sincerely appreciate it if someone could please help me out.
