Spiral bound Club Handbook

I need to get a club handbook printed.
200pp A5 spiral bound x500 copies
We're doing the design and setup.
Never got anything this thick printed and bound before.

Any tips much appreciated.
Also who might be able to do it.
 
Just be sure to allow enough room for the spiral bound.

Page 1, 3, 5 etc should all have about a 25mm margin from the left
Page 2,4,6,8 etc should all have a 25mm margin from the right

Text or any visible element should not enter this area.


No word on what program you are using - if you can give a bit more information on the project and your experience we can direct you better.
