I have bought second hand a sawgrass sg400. For weeks it was not printing to the set design size... i usually do mugs as a hobby so havent got much experience. I contacted sawgrass who talked me through the vpm set up and i used the custom mug setting and it was fine. When my husband tried to print something else through the printer itself it was printing an inch too small. After pushing some buttons it is now printing too large... is anyone who has this printer able to walk me through the print settings. Someone said its the margins which meant nothing to me. I have set everything to a4 size but cant get it to print correctly. Than you.
