We are a leading Nottingham based agency, established for over 17 years. As part of a multi-disciplinary creative team, working closely with our account managers and technical web developers, you will work to ensure brand continuity and a highly interactive and engaging user experience. You will create innovative designs for our clients’ websites, Flash animations and email marketing campaigns. This role is all about designing vibrant, exciting new websites. However, technical skills would be a definite advantage and candidates able to produce their own HTML and CSS would be very welcome. As an ideal candidate you will have agency experience, demonstrating a strong creative bias, with well developed new media application skills and will work in-line, supplying well considered designs for production by our in-house web development team. With a minimum of 4 years’ industry experience, you would be expected to proactively suggest innovative and original ideas for new websites; as such, you will constantly keep yourself up to date with the latest industry developments and inspirational new sites. We would expect you to have good experience of Flash, using it to create interactive and dynamic content. Again, technical skills (ActionScripting, for example) would be a definite advantage, but by no means essential. In terms of software, as we use the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks) experience of these tools is a must.
