Project Management Software and Accounting

As a small design company we have a bit of project management software (filemaker solution) and or accounting that is going out of date.

I am looking for a well featured solution that won't break the bank that is networkable.

I have look at Billings but it is to limited and is single user. We only have 2 to 3 other users. limiting us to one workstation what be annoying.

our needs are.
Simple CRM and contact management
Estimating
project management
Diary integration with iCal would be good
integrate with accounts package currently MYOB but open to suggestions here to.

Billings has a multi user version out now (Billings Pro) if you integrate that with Daylite (from the same company, marketcircle) you'd have most the client and project management bits you've listed.
