Looking for some advice on an editable signature my company wants. They wanted to roll out something that would be relatively easy for people to edit for their own signatures but also looked more graphically nice. I picked up on this work to see if I could make something work. Since they wanted individuals to edit signatures I made it so that on a word file there were text boxes on top of an image acting like a graphical banner and the rest of the text underneath in invisible tables. Like so:
However, there are problems when the signature scales up since the text boxes start to jumble. I said a fix might be to paste it all on email as an image but then the links don't work. I have tried placing invisible link boxes on top to rectify this but these also do not scale up with the image and get lost. Any advice or help on this is much appreciated.
