Presenting print design pieces in your online portfolio

Hi there,

I am trying to present a print portfolio piece in a similar way to the examples attached. What is the easiest way to achieve this effect? I am struggling to find tutorials online - if anyone could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

The first one looks like it's a photo of a real book. The second one is a Photoshop mock up.

The first option is probably the best way of showcasing your work if you have access to a decent photographer and actual physical samples of your work, the second is the quickest and easiest option.
