Photoshop questions

I am trying to mimic a shadow that was made on one of our products that was made with brushes that was created by a different designer. Is there a way I can find out what find the opacity/flow is within photoshop

Probably not. Can't you just try a few brushes on different settings and see which looks right?
It might help if you can attach an image for us to see?

Yes, I'm with Wardy, Before viewing the picture, I can't simply judge thing only by your interest. But, IMO, It is so difficult to make the same thing works the same way even we can try.
