Photoshop: How To Design A Black Grunge And Gothic Skull Illustration
In this tutorial, I'll be starting with a drawing I did of a gothic looking skull. I used a thin fine liner only and then scanned it to start off this Photoshop tutorial. By turning the drawing into something more like an illustration, we can then develop that into a textured, more graphical illustration. I used a scratched/grunge looking metal texture for the final effect, but it also made it look like the skull was a little more cracked. This Photoshop tutorial is quite easy, but has a very graphic effect. If you're not so good with drawing or fine lining, feel free to use the skull image that I drew instead.
