Tim makes his home in Central Kentucky where he enjoys raising cattle and horses. His career includes training and riding cutting horses, colt starting and ranch horse work, but his true passion lies in helping people and their horses to learn to communicate together. For the past ten years he has been offering small grass root clinics in colt starting, horsemanship and cattle workings. Tim’s goal is to pass on a philosophy that includes an age old tradition that lays the foundation for good horsemanship. His teaching includes working from the horse’s point of view. He feels that this philosophy is not being carried on in today’s world of where there is more emphasis being placed into the commercialized aspect of riding and not enough thought being put into what is best for the horse.
My horse is acting strange, laying down , and rolling around sometimes when she laid down, also when standing up her head is drop downward, she does seem to feel good. I think maybe collick I am not sure , this is my 1st horse, and this is all new to me. But I know she doesnot feel good, she does not act the same as always. Please help is there any remedy, that I can do at home, I am very very low on funds to take to vet. Thanks
