Need Help Recreating Light Beam

Hello fellow artists,

I am a graphic designer for a screen printing shop– I have recreated this image, EXCEPT for the light beam... I just can't figure it out! I've tried tutorials, as well as downloading free light beams online. It is being printed DTG, so it doesn't have to be vector. I need assistance in how to recreate it myself or if someone could shoot me a light beam .psd file, that would be AMAZING lol It needs to look pretty close to the provided image. Thanks so much for your help & time.

Hey! Yeah, I've tried using that one but it's a vector eps with a bunch of backgrounds/gradients to make it look like that. It doesn't go into Photoshop or sit over the image well, if that makes sense.

Have you tried the lens flare tool in PS? Filter > Render > Lens Flare

Yes! But my client wasn't satisfied with just that. She wants the beam.

Haven't done much here - turned off a few sublayers and sandwiched a texture between
