Need advice for further improvements

I need help of professionals to improve this logo, my clients wants to stick to this design, and I am not satisfied with it, any bode please suggest what should I do to make it better.

It could do with a bit of refinement, too difficult to put in words here though. Lose the tonal shadows for starters.

Sticking to the same color schemem goe can i inprove the outline? any reference if you can show?....it's looking like to me more like twitter.

The first thing i ever learnt about graphic and web design - you don't design for yourself, you design for the client.

Just lose the gradients. Stick with two tone logo.

If your client is satisfied with it then let it be.
