Mobile CSS

Ok, I have designed a new site for where I am working, and I am getting some odd results on the iphone, which logically means I am getting them on android as well.

Site is just HTML and CSS, I've seen some people using a second style sheet for mobiles. Can some one open the floor to some good articles on such a thing?

I've experimented with that (min-width etc) and had some issues with IE. Be shore to check it in different browsers when you test the page.

Problems with IE? Are you sure? That doesn't sound likely

For me this is a really useful site for testing resolutions that I found out lately: TestSize.com - test any web page in any window size

My problem is I don't have an iPhone or iPad, so I wonder, how can you be sure it will render as I see it in my browser? What browser do those devices use?
