Hay peeps know some of you like me are following this.

Both the European Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice have finally approved the deal. This now means that the 2 companies can get around to implementing it, so as it is more than likely been done behind the scenes while they waited for regulators to approve it it wont be long now IMO.

Nope it's been waiting on the EU and the US business regulators to make sure it's not going to ruin search competition. They have both said it wouldn't so it they will soon. :)
