Logo size and placement

This is starting to sound more and more like you've been set a question by a teacher and you're trying to get us to do the work for you. Either that or you're trying to troll us.
 
I use a grid, but I have never drawn one. Somehow, I have an uncanny eye for grids, and when I design, then overlay a grid, things tend to sit pretty well.
