Agreed the G's need a little tweaking. The b & t was tried in a different style before, it didn't really work and personally I quite like the 'Out' being behind the 'branding' which is behind the 'standing'.
Font choice isn't all that, although it still seems modern to me. I've tried a few others, but none of them seem to fit in. Emphasising the 'standing' or 'Outstanding' could work, I'll have a play with that, cheers.
