Lenticular printing help??????

This is the first time I've used this kind of printing and I have to say, I'm finding it difficult despite reading and trying to emulate many tutorials on the subject.

I'm using lenticular plastic which is 32 lines per inch and 8 x 10 inches. I'm trying to create an image that changes from one of my poster designs to another (I've attachedrsz_blue.jpgGET MOVING yellow.jpg the two posters I want to use) . The software I've downloaded is the 'Lenticular Image Creator' by Jameson Bennett.

The problem is this: I don't know what subsample depth is, nor do I know what to set it to; I don't know what to set the alignment bars to (there's two option boxes where you type alignment from the left and alignment from the right); I'm confused about the lens LPI. I'm pretty sure these are crucial settings in the making of my lenticular image and I'm also pretty sure I've messed them up somehow.

If anyone could help me out then that would be much appreciated as I really want this to work.
