Hi all,
I hope this is the right place to post this. I have been working in a mid size company for the past year as an in-house designer/Marketing Associate. Recently the business changed ownership and they introduced all these new methods to measure employees. I have managed to get to grip with most of the but am really struggling with KPIs (Key Performance Index). I can come up with some for the marketing side of things like:
Estimated vs. Actual Project Budget
Website Statistics, like Bounce Rates, Event Actions, Session Duration etc.
Campaign Performance Metrics etc.
I am however completely thrown when setting these KPIs for the designer part. Has anyone any experience on what to measure apart from time and money? When going through the internet the main focus seems to be on creative team.
Any help would be highly appreciated !!
