A Senior and Junior Creative Web Designer required to join a leading internet design and consultancy Company based between Kendal & Lancaster. The company has a long
established reputation for offering custom made high quality web sites and services. Their focus is on delivering quality products to meet the client's needs, along with
exceptional levels of customer service and support.
The Successful Candidate
Due to continued growth we require an experienced senior and junior web designer. The ideal candidate will need to have between 2 - 3 years commercial experience, demonstrate
strong project management, creative ability with an eye for attention to detail alongside having the usual necessary hand coded HTML, CSS and web design skills. You will need
to be a team player, be able to manage your time efficiently, maintain client communication and relationships. For the senior role ideally you will have experience of leading
an existing design team across multiple projects demonstrating best practice methodologies.

On offer is an attractive basic salary depending upon expereince of between £20-28k dependent on skills and experience, alongside our usual benefits (please see the web
site). This includes up to 28 days annual holiday (including all Bank Holidays and a Christmas/New Year closure period) and a fantastic working environment offering stability
