This agency is a delight - the partners are great designers themselves, and have a mix of clients, including both charities and more corporate clients too. They do some excellent work - from annual reports to corporate literature to awareness raising campaigns to websites. But they need help! Despite the recession, they are busy and want to find their first permanent designer. Because they are small, they do not have the time to develop a graduate, so they are looking for a designer who has already worked in a permanent role in a design agency for the past year or two, who is able to pull their weight already to a reasonable degree, and who will work closely with the two partners on the full gamut of projects. The successful candidate will have some live print-based projects to show in their folio, as well as a smattering of their college work, will be strong on ideas and on crafting their work too (this is not a role for someone who isn't passionate about type and layout), and you must be able to come up with great core ideas quickly, and understand the commercial context for each brief too. In return you will receive good mentoring and some lovely clients to work with. Please send pdfs of live commerical work with your cv... firstname.lastname@example.org www.gabrieleskelton.co.uk No recruitment agencies need contact!
