    Hi Guys,

Found this link with a cool jquery background switch technique but I was wondering on how I can get it to work so that when the user selects a new background that it remembers it?? I assume cookies but I must admit I haven't a clue?

Or if someone know of another way of doing this then great!

    Thanks

    Cheers Harry,

But do you think its suitable for what im trying to achieve, the best example is on this site in the footer, you can change the backgrounds with images or colour, although just images would be fine for me.

I've used that script to do exactly what you're wanting. A series of thumbnails which, when clicked, set a new background image which is stored in a cookie for the next time someone visits.
