Invoicing and Accountancy

I am looking for an easy way to invoice, receipt and keep a general account of everything. Is there anything anyone can recommend?

Do you use/intend to use an accountant for your tax? If so, then have a word with them. They may have a system that they'd prefer you to use and it could save you money if you do.
