I'm probably doing something reeeeeeeeally stupid and I just can't see it. But I'm redoing a website and the title shows in Safari and FF, but in IE it displays as "index.html"

    I just can't figure out why :(

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"><html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" lang="en" dir="ltr"> <head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /><title>Scarlet Arabian Bridles - Handmade Arab Show Bridles & Halters</title><link href="reset.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /><link href="scarlet.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" /></head>

the <title> method is the same as I've used and its working fine for me, not sure why its not on yours, you got a link to see if it shows up this end so we can rule out your computer being silly
