InDesign text help

Hi All,

Just wondering if with InDesign there is a way to apply some sort of class or rule to a text box that allows you to change font type, size etc. and apply it to all text fields under a certain class. So essentially like with CSS classes with HTML? Hope this makes sense!

Thanks!

I'm not too familiar with InDesign but knowing Illustrator and Photoshop I would have to take a guess and say that you probably can't. It's possible that it's one of those very small features they add to the software to help people justify spending another £500 on a piece of software that is very similar to their other products.

It is possible to add styles to paragraphs and characters, do a search for InDesign text styles and have a read up.
