inDesign Masters page - Editable text box

    Hi There,

    Not sure this is possible but;

    On the master page can you you have an editable text box that then font style & colour can be controlled by the master but the text not change and be set by individual page

    As such acting like a template.

    Hi Craig,

    Yes this is possible, set your text frame up with styling as needed in your master page, then on the document page hold down Ctrl + Shift (Win) or Command + Shift (Mac) and you should now be able to select the 'master' text box and add your copy, which will then be styled by the properties set in your master page.
