Currently we develop our own CMS' from scratch, but we're considering scrapping that and using wordpress.

Problem is, is it reasonably easy to implement the wordpress CMS into a premade design? I don't want to be coding for wordpress and making a theme, but putting the bits required into the already made design.

    Cheers

I semi-ported* a design to WP in a few hours, but not seamlessly. Just delete the WP stylesheet, replace it with yours and rename/delete/add elements as needed.

*Laziness prevented me from completing it.

Right, sounds achievable. A viable option then, cheers.

Yeah definately not hard to do; specially with a tutorial you find that suits your personal tastes/type of learning :)
