tripod, early morning (you can tell because there's mist) shot taken with a larger f number (smaller aperture) to keep the focus into the distance. Lens is likely a longer lens rather than a wide angle as it looks like the depth of field is compressed slightly

Understanding aperture is one of the important aspects of photography and it's something you should be reading up on along with lens length and how it affects the image, depth of field, shutter speeds and iso.
