How great leaders inspire action

    Great video :)
    Not seen it before, he reminded me of Paul Rudd

    It makes a lot of sense, I think the biggest example outside the commercial world would be Barack Obama, people bought into his belief (the why) and the idea of hope more than his policies and plans (how & what).

    Sadly, (my background in history coming up now) some the best examples of leaders who can inspire massive amounts of people in ways we can't usually comprehend are the leaders with, lets say a less than positive track record.
