    Hi guys,

I'm just coding up a page that has the following content on it (see image)
    http://img686.imageshack.us/img686/707/imagelq.jpg

Basically I need to make each column appear highlighted (as column 1 shows in the jpg) when hovered over or clicked on. Would the best bet be to use a list structure do you think?

    Thanks,
    Will

Hi Will, I would probably use them as a list/list items but you could equally make them divs. Down to preference and context within the site I guess.

The hover you can do with css but the click would need javascript.

Bare in mind that IE6 won't show css hovers on anything but an <a> tag, kind of sucks.

That can be fixed with a bit of Javascript though.

Like Andy, I'd probably do that as a list structure as well.
