Help with research!

Interesting project. Remove the packaging and any child with no prior experience of what the sweet tastes like, will try it because it looks like what a sweet 'should' look like and is either brightly coloured or is covered in chocolate.
M&Ms are a version of Smarties and I wouldn't regard these as a child's chocolate. Chocolate is chocolate and is only marketed through the use of shape/character endorsement (Freddo Frog or Pink Panther chocolate anyone?) But make it less friendly and even more sickly and it becomes Caramac - definitely not a child's bar.
Non-chocolate items are then the Haribo - jelly variety or any of the other foamy/shrimp things that people buy in a pick and mix at cinemas and our now long-lost Woolworths.
