HELP--School Photoshop Poster

Hello I am making poster in Photoshop to put around my school. In the right side I put the success orientation since my principal wants it to show. I dont know where to put it though. I dont like it anymore with it on the right. Maybe I could put it under the author of the quote? Please help me if you have any suggestions on where to put it or anything else.Thanks!

You should really do a researchof references before moving to work on a project, if this is a school project for students to see, needs to be more ttractive, here is a reference (http://www.amirsysrc.com/wp-content/themes/xRC/images/banner.png) that could be really helpful for you, lave title on top, vertical font are really hard to read, use forms, colors fonts! have fun working and you'll like what you do.
