Next weekend I'm taking part in the RNLI reindeer race at Sandrigham in Norfolk.

The RNLI Lifeboats & Lifeguards are all paid for by the charity and get no support from the Government. As a regular beach user knowing that they are about should you get into difficulty is a huge relief! Its not only sports people that require them but every day beach users, more often than not children.

I'm helping to raise money for the Charity by doing the run next weekend.

If you are able to donate anything that would be fantastic!

Craig Sparkes is fundraising for RNLI - Royal National Lifeboat Institution
