Hello from Manhattan!

Hey everybody!

I just wanted to introduce myself - I'm an aspiring designer taking his very few steps. I have a creative background, mostly within film, and I've done some very graphic design in the past. I'm looking to learn and shore up my skills within Mobile UI/UX Design.

My question for you guys - what are the best books/resources/online classes to peruse for someone starting off with Mobile UI/UX Design, specifically for iOS?

Thanks all!

Hi Eric!

Great to have you on-board, welcome to the forums :)

I myself have used the Envato platform for a lot of my learning needs, and I would definitely recommend checking out what they have to offer. They have a lot of free tutorials on UI/UX, you can see a number of them here: http://webdesign.tutsplus.com/series/ux-foundations--webdesign-8418

The best thing to do is to just use a search engine to find tutorials on specific subjects and you'll usually find more on the same site.

Let us know how you get on and if you need anything else.
