Heart Disease Research Logo and T-Shirt

Here is my first mockup of a shirt containing a logo that I created for a charity event called the "Siesta Run." All proceeds go to heart disease research.

I created the logo and the shirt design in the front. What do you think? What do you like/ dislike about the graphic and the logo? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

There's some big spikes on that graph, hope they're ok!?

Looks ok to me. Not mad keen on the font personally, lose the full stop.

The logo in the front seems to perfectly match with the event "Siesta Run".
I agree with Wardy, the ful stop in the back is not necessary.

look wise is best and clear design but i think it will not recognize from distance.
