GRAPHIC / WEB DESIGNER WITH 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Start date: Immediately
Working hours: 9am to 6:00pm
Salary: negotiable, depending on experience
Location: North West London
Prospective candidates will show creativity and enthusiasm, together with the ability to work well with our team of brand managers to create professional and customer-friendly materials for two rapidly growing international brands in the medical beauty sector for skin and hair.
As sole in-house graphic designer, it will be your responsibility to develop the image of our brands as well as follow existing style guides. While being creative you will also appreciate the importance of meeting deadlines. You will work client-side and advise CEO with design and branding work done by outside agencies.
Working with both web and multimedia software, including Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver (Basic Javascript, CSS and HTML for site integration), Illustrator, Flash and Photoshop. Candidates who are IT & Network savvy will have an advantage. Your typical daily duties may include (as reflected in your portfolio):
- web design, maintenance and updates
- creating international publication advertisements and posters
- brand promotional material
- product packaging design
- creative copywriting
- product photography and photo editing
- opportunity to learn new skills including video editing
- career opportunities for the right candidate
The company is based in North West London, in a quiet suburban area with easy access to Golders Green (Northern Line) and Finchley Road Station (Jubilee Line) and Finchley & Frognal (Overland).
Full handover with manuals will be given by the existing company designer who is returning to South Africa after 3 years loyal service.
