This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer / Creative Artworker to join a very successful and rapidly expanding company in Christchurch.

You will be part of an in-house marketing team working on all aspects of design from brand creation and packaging, to in-store theatre and web - so there will be plenty of chance to show off your creativity! You will also have fantastic exposure to some of the worlds leading brands, with your designs and work very much in the public eye, so attention to detail and the ability to work to tight guidelines is essential. You will be highly organised and an excellent communicator. You will also need an excellent working knowledge of all Macintosh software packages including; In-Design, Photoshop and Illustrator. Not to mention a good understanding of outputting for print and production.


Duties:
• Provide creative support to the Marketing and Communications teams
• Prioritise workload and manage design / artwork jobs from brief to delivery
• Ensure all internal and external deadlines are met
• Think creatively to solve problems and produce new ideas and concepts
• Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams


Essential Requirements:
• Educated to A level or NVQ level in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Proven work experience in the design industry
• Good print and production knowledge
• Exceptional Apple Mac skills
• A flexible approach to work loads


The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative individual, with an interest in gadgets and all things tech. Previous experience in packaging design would be extremely beneficial, but not essential.


Salary will be based upon experience.
Location: Christchurch, Dorset.
