Graphic Design Magazine Subscriptions

Who subscribes to any magazines? And what? Or, do you prefer to get all of your content online?
I had a search through some old threads and classics like .net and Computer Arts magazine got brought up, but nothing like Creative Review or Design Week (while it was still functioning).

One of my favourite "magazines" is New Scientist, although I only ever use their online subscription service.

I get Computer Arts and Computer Arts Collection on subscription each month. Both are really worth it.
I also just picked up the Computer Arts Freelance Handbook - I would recommend any freelancer on here pick it up or buy it online. Is packed full of super amazing advice and pointers.
I still pick up Digital Arts when they have a good tutorial in, same with 3D magazines.

I don't have any on subscription but I keep meaning to sign up for a Computer Arts one. Other than that I sometimes buy DigitalArts or Digital Artist depending on whether the cover grabs my attention or not. (seriously  )
I focus more on illustration these days though, can anyone suggest any good magazines aimed more in that direction?

You can't get this in the shops (well, except some specialist ones) but Ammo is a little magazine that releases an issue now and then. I say now and then because I'm not entirely sure of when it's produced, but it's a nice little publication. Nothing fancy about it, just showcasing work from other illustrators and designers.

As well as others, there's Juxtapoz which I sometimes get if I can see it on the shelves, and Computer Arts if I like what I see in the contents. It's a pity they changed Digital Artist to Fantasy Artist though.

I agree on Digital Artist!
I've bought a few issues of Ammo in the past, good little magazine. I don't think I've seen Juxtapoz though but I'll take a look online. Thanks. :)

Yeah, no idea why they ditched Digital Artist though. There was no warning that they were changing names or anything. I always preferred it to Digital Arts.
Juxtapoz is more geared towards street / urban art, which sounds like a graffiti mag but far from it. It's American but luckily my Smiths stocks it, kapow.

I can't get away with Juxtapoz. It's too "arty" for my liking. Not enough computers involved haha!
