I see your point, but the bokeh just seems a bit tutorial like, if you don't mind me saying. Why not have an image that is more relevant to what the page is about, if you want something. Or a nice piece of typography — nothing wrong with consistency, but break it up a little.
Just seems a bit redundant to have the same expanse with the same thing on every page, then I have to look down to find what I'm actually looking for (lazy I know
).
You could probably condense the site slightly too. Maybe replacing the photo with your list [links] of services, thus removing the services page.. Then they are on every page and you'd kill two birds with one stone.
