    Front-end Web Developer needed for fast growing team.

    Salary- up to £32,000 dependent on skills and experience, plus bonus

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced website and/or web application front-end developer with a proven track record designing and coding interfaces that are very clearly set out and make complex options easy to use.

    Working within a small development team, the candidate will be responsible for designing easy to use pages and hand coding HTML and CSS. The candidate will be confident converting sketched designs and pages which have had the core functionality coded into valid HTML and CSS. Producing designs for the application and helping to develop a unique and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to take ownership of a project, a creative thinker who can quickly grasp new ideas and is keen to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

    This is a rare chance to be part of a small dynamic team in a well-funded start up and to play a really important part in building a successful web property. Our team is working to a demanding but achievable development schedule, using an iterative design approach that relies on rapid development and a great work ethic.

    Technical Requirements
    Essential: Frontend PHP coding, Hand coded HTML & CSS, Javascript (jquery/prototype), Adobe PhotoShop.

    Desirable: Any PHP framework experience, Scrum/Agile environment experience.
