Same answer we'll give whenever this is asked...
Time x hourly rate + 'contingency' if you think there might be a lot of changes.

Not much info

If it's all the same creative I'd charge for the overall design look and feel separetely.
I'd be at about £500 for the creative outlay.

Then it would be approx 2 hours per piece at about £50-65 an hour.
£900 + £500 = £1400 at the low end
£1170 + £500 = £1670 - I'd start at this and lower to £1400 if you have to

Then for the print if you're controlling then get the print quote and add 10% for yourself, for handling of the job.

======================

If you're getting artwork supplied you can remove the initial design cost and just go at an hourly rate - £50-£65 an hour for 9 pieces, and I'd go at 2 hours per piece as an average.

£900 - £1170

I'd start with £1170 and go as low as £900.

Again for the print if you're controlling then get the print quote and add 10% for yourself, for handling of the job.

Job:
2 design concepts
3 rounds of proofs (edits not redesign)
£50 an hour thereafter per proof

£25 per stock image/charts/illustrations

That's just my take on it. I don't think I could do it for any less.
