Looks like the auto-activation plugin for AI5.1 ain't working for me. Has anyone else experienced any problems?

Follow-up
So it looks like that upgrading to Lion may, in fact and in spite of the many app conflicts that are arising, fixed this problem.
FontExplorer had a bit of a problem reading it's database, so forced me to rebuild it, import fonts, reinstall app plugins etc, then I restored the database file from a backup and it's playing nicely again.
Just thought I'd share.
