drop down menu/tab coding?

Hi, I wanted to put a drop down menu from the tab

Any one know the best and easiest way by HTML?

Although I don't know how that would integrate with blogger

thanks guys i'll try em out! CSS will take to blogger, and i have seen other blog spots with them so should be fine) just wanted to know the best guide cuz there is so many different ones out there x

Its all about cascading ul's and li's, the plus of the version Harry did is it is plug and play straightforward.
