Double Page spreads with InDesign

Hey guys was wondering if anyone could help,

i'm putting together a kind of booklet in InDesign but when it comes to double page spreads they are split in two when opened in preview.

Thought some visual cues might help

Within InDesign;

When opened in Preview

In Preview i have tried viewing as "two pages" and "two pages continuous"

Any ideas on how to close that gap?

ive tried making that DPS landscape but then the whole document goes landscape and it needs to be landscape.

Thanks

I think it's because technically they are separate pages. If you want it to be a continous thing for a pdf maybe just combine the pages into one in another document.

Assuming you've got 'Spreads' ticked when exporting as a PDF? If not that's your first step ;)

Have you tried copying and pasting all the contents into a new InDesign document? I sometimes have small issues with pages not sitting together in documents in CS2 so just copy and paste in place into a new document and that fixes it..
