dissertation research, please help!

Hi,

I am a third year student doing a degree in graphic communication.
My dissertation is about How graphic design can respond to the need for an environmentally sustainable future.
I have put together a very short survey and it would be a great help if as many working designers could take five minutes to fill it in as possible please.
(I know there must have been many requests for this sort of stuff before but it really is short)
Thank you for your time and if there is anyone out there who has a particular interest in environmental sustainability it would be great to hear from you if you would be interested in helping me out with maybe a few more questions or an email interview maybe?
