I'm currently researching for my dissertation and was wondering if anyone had any useful books which I may find useful in my topic.
I am focusing on the effectiveness of digital design, with a focus on "digital vs traditional" and want to look in to editorial design: What's more suited to which audience, digital editorials or traditional, I also want to look at what interactivity on digital platforms brings to the design and ease of use for the user of digital editorials.
I have browsed through books and papers online but am finding it difficult to find good sources. A lot seem to focus a lot on the "how to do" things as opposed to actually discussing which is better, for what occasion etc.
