P.S. "Cina" is not a typo, the banner is intended for an Italian FB page so it's written in Italian
 
You could be breaking their '25% rule' (you can only have text take up 25% of the real estate) but I think you might just get away with it.

Other than that, I guess yeah it does the job.

you could argue that it isn't text, it's a logo.... they'd be hard pressed to disagree considering theirs is just a load of letters in a set typeface
 
The design of the promotional banner should have a decent color scheme. It should deliver the purpose of design. This banner is creating visual as well as intellectual load on users according to the VIMM design model. I would suggest to improve the design.
