Comparative Advertising Advice Required Please

    Wondering if someone could help me here.....

    Can you / Are you allowed to..... Show another retailers price on your advert in comparison to your own?

    For example can i put a leaflet out/banner on my website/facebook that says for example, plank of wood BnQ price = xxx our price = xxx (ie a lower price)

    are you allowed to do this??

    That's what ASDA's entire advertising campaign is built around. I don't see why not. Just need to make sure you are 100% accurate with the price comparison.

    Yeah exactly, as Corrosive says you need to be spot on and ensure you follow the guidelines set out in the link I posted above, or they'll sue your ass :icon_biggrin:
